  It’s an Italian pork custom grind sausage that come from the Northern of Italy & celebrated event once a year in Italy.

  It served on Italian bread, made into a rectangle patty, then layered with See This BBQs,  Smoked mozzarella, Red wine Marinara sauce, chopped onion, mushroom, & green pepper if you choose.

  A very unique and flavorful dish !
